If I am to remain on power, there shouldn’t be somebody before and after me, somebody will replace me as I replaced somebody (Word of wisdom from Sunusi II)
Ganduje fight the crown not Sunusi to please the false integral politician at the federal level.
In Nigeria, such political tumult is not something new in the political affairs in the country, what is tragic was that, why such fighting against crown exist only in the north not to other parts of the country?
Historically, late Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa dethroned the father of present SUNUSI II late Sunusi I as emir of Kano state, late Abubakar Rimi (the Executive Governor of Kano state) suspended late Alh Ado Bayero(emir of Kano state ), Late General Sani Abacha suspended Late Dasuki as Sultan of Sokoto and the leader of Jama’atul Nasril Islam.
Today,Ganduje dethroned Emir Sunusi II as emir of Kano state,the SUNUSI II mission in life is to become an emir and now have completed and even dethroned by the political arm rubber of Nigerias fourth Republic(e.g 2019 governorship of kano state)
This is a very tragic to the crown despite the value and certainty of it application towards ameliorating social vices in the Nigeria societies,since there is no constitutional recognition of our traditional rulers leads to the emergence of our thousand social problems in Nigeria which among to include: indiscipline, thuggery, irresponsibility and solidarity.
Now, there is lack of technical expertise to prove those who were caught on video clips collecting billion of dollars as bribe from contractor;and prove the electoral rubbery made during the 2019 kano governorship election but there exist intellectual council that proved the disrespect and insubordination of emir SUNUSI II which lead to his removal from emirate,this is slap to the our judiciary in Nigeria,you only demand for financial autonomy not total separation from the executive,this make other tribunal if not so called to exist and discharge your duties as a weaponry to politicians.
There is the urgent need for our traditional rulers,intellectuals,writers and Civil society organisations to demand for recognition of this crown in Nigeria constitution or else, there will be a time where it existence will automatically throw away;today the palace storm invaded by tight security personnel intimidating to oust him(SUNUSI II) by force from the palace.
Now, he (Ganduje) should appoint his own wish, but still SUNUSI II remain, intelligent, philosopher, educated, religious, global best economist, advocate and perseverance than Ganduje and his cohorts, if I were Ganduje, I would have appoint myself as a replacement of SUNUSI II as emir of KANO state.
I console with the families of Kano emirate and all Nigeria council of emirs for such political confrontation against crown;and wish Sunusi II (Philosopher King) best of luck in life and future endeavour ,we have saw a lot of progress on him towards developmental ideas in the north; he is among the best northerners who used to identify our problems and speak it out without fear or favour.
And hope that the next emir of kano state if not the reinstatement of SUNUSI II will expect dethronement as a blink of eye.
