The Bauchi governor in person of Senator Bala A. Mohammed distribute Food items through Bauchi state Orphans and vulnerabl Children agency to Orphans and Vulnerabl children across the state under the leadership of Hon. Hassana Arkila (JP.

The goods were given to the OVC League Chairmens of each local for easy distribution to beneficiaries across the state. 

Items distributed includes

1. Bags of Rice 25kg

2. Mats

3. Blankets 

4. Pillows

5. Cartons of Maggi cube

6. Cartons of ground nut oil

7. Shedda material to be sew.

Hon. Hassana Arkila charged the OVC League LGA leaders to distribute the items to the affected/beneficiaries without taking side. Three local government were given the highest share due to the population of people in the area and the LGAs include;

1. Bauchi LGA 

2. Tafawa Balewa 

3. Bogoro LGA.

Senator Bala's administration has done beyond expectations and Bauchi state happens to be the only state that is taking of Orphans in the whole country who happens to have it's own agency and the orphans and vulnerabl children are been taken care of.
